The project timescales were extremely tight and the project had to be handed over defect free to allow Circus to hold a number of high profile Christmas parties for the media industry.  The complexity of the project required close liaison with the design team to resolve issues as the works progressed at pace.  Careful planning was required for the new roof installation during periods of poor weather.
